Today’s meditation is by Deepak Chopra, a well-known name in the New Age, yoga, and mindfulness communities. It’s around 10 minutes long. It involves the same repetition style as yesterday’s affirmation meditation; however, this practice is done internally. That being said, if you wish to repeat the following affirmations aloud, then go for it!
Make this practice your own. The most difficult part of any disciplines is making it work for you. If it helps to slightly adapt these meditations, you have my permission!
