For day 21, I offer you a gratitude meditation. This practice will leave your heart feeling full of love and appreciation. Being grateful is a powerful practice! When you make a regular effort to be grateful, you naturally begin to notice more things to be grateful for. Even in the darkest of times, there is something – even small or simple – to feel grateful for.
