Today’s practice is a meditation to improve focus and concentration. This style is, again, similar to the mindfulness and Zazen styles that you explored earlier. However, this exercise focuses on breath and thoughts exclusively. The video is 14 minutes long.
Meditation, in general, is believed to increase concentration and improve focus of the mind. However, the guide in this video really seeks to make the connection between attention and breath. His cues are spot on and well timed!
