Today, I offer you a soothing, 20 minute binaural beat meditation. There will be no guided cues or words during this exercise, simply tones in the background. All you have to do is be present and focus on your breath. Observe the mind as thoughts arise but allow them permission to pass.
Get comfortable for this one! Try laying down if you are unlikely to fall asleep. If sitting for 20 minutes at all becomes uncomfortable, feel free to end your practice 3-5 minutes earlier. Try to remain seated and focused for as long as possible, present and allowing. Cushion your seat and find a position best suited for your legs. Honor the body before settled in for any extended periods of time.
The frequencies that you will hear and experience in this practice have been selected as they release serotonin. As a result, these binaural beats and isochronic tones are believed to help relieve headaches, stress, and anxiety, even body pain. These frequencies are also powerful for mood elevation and relaxation!
I know that I love listening to binaural beats whenever I guide myself through meditation. I find the frequencies to be very effective and soothing.
