Month of Mindfulness: Day 24

The practice I offer you today is the longest practice yet. Today, you will explore yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep. It is the state of consciousness between waking life and sleep. It is most effective when performed before bed.

This exercise is 40 minutes long. As I mentioned above, I highly recommend making time for this practice before bed. You will sleep so peacefully and comfortably following your yoga nidra experience!
